CHALLENGING COURSE

“The course is still very challenging probably because of the recent rains, and it is easy to drop shots,’’ said Indiza, who also dropped a shot at the par four-15th which he however cancelled out with birdies at the 16th and 18th, having picked up one more earlier at the 14th for the day’s 68.

Tony Omuli was two shots behind while Mathew Omondi and Nelson Simwa were on one under par 71 each.

Omuli birdied three holes, including a two on a par four-14th for two under par 70.
