 President Uhuru Kenyatta is in Mombasa today alongside county bosses and officials from the Ministry of Health to launch the nationwide biometric system that will enhance universal health coverage scheme.

The scheme was piloted in Kisumu, Nyeri, Isiolo and Machakos counties.
