Has Corazon found Nigerian love?

Well, it looks like Kenyan socialites have no time for Kenyan men. Corazon Kwamboka, the up and coming socialite giving Vera Sidika a run for her money looks like she has found love in Nigeria.

Last weekend, the Kenya School of Law student hosted her presumed “rich Nigerian boyfriend” in Kenya. She was seen taking him to different hang out joints in Nairobi, including Sailors club in Hurlingham, where they were spotted getting cosy with each other.

Fellow socialite Vera Sidika, says her boyfriend is a Nigerian businessman with interests in oil and gas. Vera is currently in Nigeria and says she will be back in August.

Grandpa Records: DNA and Refigah Part Ways

It’s now over between rapper DNA and Grandpa Records. The “Mtoto wa Sonko” rapper had signed a two-year deal at the Refigah-owned record label, which expired end of May and he chosen not to extend it. “I have grown tremendously while at Grandpa Records, but I have chosen to look for different kind of growth,” said DNA.

Many thought that DNA was a partner at Grandpa Records, but he confirmed that he was just a signed artiste like the rest. “I was head of creative at Grandpa which means I was working hand in hand with producer V-Sita in creating all the beats and sounds at the studio,” said DNA.

He insists that parting ways with Refigah does not mean that they can never work together. “We are still very great friends, I was his best man at his wedding and we shall still continue consulting each other when need be,” he said.

Refigah also says that the split is nothing personal but strictly business. “DNA will continue to be my very good friend and I wish him all the best in his future endeavours,” said Refigah.

Grandpa now remains with Mr Lenny and Kenrazy as their leading artistes. DNA says he is rebranding himself.

Tallia Oyando: Gyming is a lifestyle

When radio presenter and singer Tallia Oyando joined the gym three months ago, she just wanted to lose the baby fat. “I wanted to wear shorts in June and feel comfortable, which I couldn’t while I still had baby fat,” she says.

However, now that she is back in shape through a dedicated work out period with her personal trainer and the shorts are back on, she feels like she is not ready to quit the gym. “It has become a lifestyle and I will remain in the gym for a long time,” she adds.
