A former security manager at a farm belonging to former Cabinet minister Mbiyu Koinange has sued the family for sacking him.
Mr Josephat Mpoe worked at the farm from January 201.
He has urged the Industrial Court to order administrators of the former minister’s estate to pay him Sh3 million for terminating his employment.
He said he was suspended, then sacked in 2013 after he was accused of embezzling funds.
His suspension violated a court order and he was not accorded a fair hearing, he told the court.
The hearing will be on November 20.
