Gas explosion rocks Mukuru kwa Reuben, kills one

An illegal power connection at Katoto village in Mukuru Kwa Reuben slum, Nairobi, caused a fire that in turn sparked a gas explosion, killing one.

This was confirmed by Mukuru Kwa Reuben Assistant Chief, Mr Justus Kiema, who said the victim was a four-year-old child.
