Court rules DCJ Mwilu can empanel judges, says CJ Koome has not raised issue

Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu properly appointed three-judge bench to handle petitions on the ouster of Rigathi Gachagua as the Deputy President, the High Court has ruled.

The judges said the Deputy Chief Justice can carry out administrative functions of the Chief Justice.
