Farmers to get milk coolers

Farmers in Nakuru will receive 45 milk coolers, with the first 20 set to be delivered February next year.

Deputy President William Ruto said the move is aimed at enhancing value addition.

Ruto, who was speaking in Keringet, also said road network will be improved. “There is a direct link between good roads and better earnings for farmers. Farmers also need to embrace value addition,” said Peter Ketyenya, a local leader.
