The Machakos senator was charged alongside his Cord colleagues Junet Mohamed (Suna East) and Timothy Bosire (Kitutu Masaba), and Jubilee lawmakers Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Ferdinand Waititu (Kabete) and Kimani Ngunjiri (Bahati).
