President Ruto's full speech at CDF Francis Ogolla's burial service

In his speech at Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) General Francis Ogolla's burial service, President William Ruto said a probe into the helicopter crash that killed him will leave no shroud of doubt.

He also promised to implement reforms CDF Ogolla had planned for the Kenya Defence Forces.
