Garissa Township MP Aden Duale has resigned as a member of the National Assembly following the approval of his nomination as the Defence Cabinet Secretary.
Addressing the House for the last time as members, Mr Duale was joined by his CS nominee counterpart Alice Wahome who will be joining the executive as the Water and Irrigation CS.
