Acting Inspector-General of Police Gilbert Masengeli has snubbed a court summons for the fifth time. He was expected at a Nairobi court to explain the whereabouts of three missing men who were abducted in Kitengela. 

State counsel requesting that Mr Masengeli be excused for today as he was attending a workshop in Mombasa.

However, Justice Lawrence Mugambi has ordered Mr Masengeli to attend court by 3pm today (Thursday), failure to which stern action will be taken against him.
