The dark side of Nairobi making Kenya lose face

Night life in Nairobi has more to it than meets the eye. Those who report to work early find used condoms all over.

Cigarette butts, empty beer cans, beer bottles, hot drinks bottles, kumi kumis, empty bags with bloody contents litter all over.

The worst we come across, especially between parked vehicles, are urine, human faeces and used sanitary towels. Nairobi is losing face!

The back streets are even worse. Drug abusers, scantily dressed prostitutes and muggers hover around dingy bars.

You would think another government rules at night. The county government, police and health officials are aware of this, but are sleeping on the job.
