Ann Mikia

Ann Mikia is a trained radio journalist who has worked with the Kenya Broadcasting Corporation as a producer.

She produced an award winning HIV programme called 'A Stitch In Time' among many other programmes.

She also worked with Internews Kenya as a Media health trainer/mentor. She has a wealth of experience working with community radio journalists.

Ann has overtime sharpened her skills in different areas such as solutions journalism which should be applied in telling more beneficial stories to the audiences in practically all fields of reporting.

She has a Masters of Arts (Communications) degree and a BA in Communication and Sociology degree both from University of Nairobi.

She also has a Diploma in Journalism from the Kenya Institute of Mass Communication.
