Kioni, Murathe reprieve as court stops Jubilee leadership changes

Jubilee faction led by Jeremiah Kioni has obtained a court order barring Registrar of Political Parties from effecting leadership changes in the party pendingthe hearing abd determination of a matter they have filed.
The court ordered that the matter be mentioned on February 24 for further directions.
