Covid-19: South Sudan reopens schools after 6-month lockdown

  • Information minister Michael Makuei confirmed the development, saying it followed a comprehensive study by the National Taskforce on Covid-19.
  • Mr Makuei added that the council also lifted the ban on working hours, saying that starting next week, office will open from 8am to 5pm.
