The family of the late Jacob Juma wants the police to seek the help of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Scotland Yard in investigating his killing.
His widow, Miriam Juma, also asked Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery to provide them with CCTV footage of the movements of the businessman’s vehicle on the day he was killed.
“We as a family support the call for [engaging] foreign help (FBI or Scotland Yard) to assist in the investigations. We are also seeking to engage the services of a private investigator,” she said at a press conference at their Karen home on Friday.

Mrs Juma also asked the police to provide them with data showing his mobile phone communications on May 5 and 6.
She said the family has a “lot of questions” regarding his death.
“We ask only these two things for now. We shall be requesting more in due course and look forward to your cooperation,” she said.
