Up and coming gospel singer and preacher Priscillah Ayuma Omufulukhani, has fresh plans to push her vision of Worship Heart Africa to higher levels in the new year.

Last year was a promising one when she made a move of pushing her vision of the Worship Heart of Africa to new levels by organizing gospel gatherings at Nairobi’s 680 Hotel, on the first Saturday of every month.

From next month, alongside the Worship Heart team, they will be holding their meetings at the Nairobi Cinema on the first Saturday of every month.

On February 12, the first gathering this year is set for Nairobi Cinema featuring veteran gospel singer and minister Mary Atieno, Dr. Dinah Mwinzi, Ken the DJ of Citizen TV, Abel Amunga, Dor Max, Jonathan and Juddie Nandwa, Dan Nyawate and Caleb Mayaka, among others supporting the vision.

The past encounters have been a big success with ministers Pastors Washington and Eunice Odongi, regional Pastors of Celebration Church.

Speaking recently to Saturday Nation , Ayuma pointed out that during the forthcoming March encounter, Worship Heart Africa  is expected  to  be officially launched for the glory of God, and in April, they will be hosting international worshippers.

Known for some of her songs like Wastahili, she believes that Worship in Africa   has a great future in not only spreading the word of God through music but bringing various believers   from across Africa together.

“Worship is not drama, it is not showoff, it is not a beauty and design contest, it is not about hits, it is not a performance, it is not about celebrity, it is not for monetary business, ”  Ayuma noted.

For her it's about truth, spirit, morality, character morality amongst other moral aspects of life. The year will be characteriaed by numerous worship workshops and clinics, vocal and instruments training.

Ayuma Omufulukhani is married to Pastor Osore Omufulukhani of Celebration Church Kitengela. They have two children.

“These things are possible by God’s grace and as a minister, I have to grow with people and mentor others who are coming after me.” She lauds her husband for being her source of inspiration in her gospel music ministry.

She also recognises support back from her rural home in Bunyore, Luanda Constituency in Vihiga County.   Her parents Rev Stephen and Rebeccah Amakoye also encouraged her. Ayuma aspires to reach out to millions in Africa with Worship Heart through WhatsApp 0718825756 or [email protected].
