Here’s how to choose a great meal from an exotic menu

  • Growing up, I used to watch a lot of cooking shows, and was intrigued by how chefs prepared different types of dishes and cuisines.

  • I always wanted to be like them. I started experimenting with the ingredients in my mum’s kitchen.

  • I was the first born and only girl in our home, and once I became of age, I took up the duty of cooking for our family. Their genuine praise made me enjoy cooking even more.
