Daniel Otieno

Daniel Otieno is the Kisumu Bureau Chief. He coordinates news gathering in 11 counties in Western Kenya. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Degree from Uganda Christian University and a Master of Business Administration - Strategic Management option degree from Maseno University.
