The levels of pride in these organisations are at par with the World’s Best Workplaces. About 93 percent of employees in these companies are proud to tell others they work for their employer, and 90 percent feel a sense of pride in their company’s achievements.
They excel at creating a welcoming environment where people feel valued and appreciated. Some 88 percent of their employees look forward to coming to work, exceeding the World’s Best Workplaces benchmark by four percent.
