Abandoned road • The upgrade of the Kikuyu-Miguti-Kari Research Centre road and beyond in Kiambu County, Charles Wakaba Kamanga recalls, was “inaugurated with much fanfare” last September. “The contractor then suddenly abandoned the site, leaving the road in a worse condition.
